| Cowtown Speedway in Kennedale, TX aka 'The Fastest Li'l Dirt Track In Texas' has been in operation since the 1960's. Cowtown is one of the few tracks in the state of Texas that races Sprint Cars weekly and has several high paying special events throughout the season. Rob Poor's Abilene Speedway hosts weekly racing on Saturday nights, featuring all of the popular IMCA racing divisions. Abilene Speedway's season starts out with a bang in February with the Spring Frost Buster and ends with the Southern Challenge - both events draw drivers from several states.
